Those who are fortunate enough to book a large site on the river, would find it very pleasant. Those of us who get put on to a tiny site in the cattle class end of the park with inadequate ,old & poorly kept amenities ( 3 toilets & 3 showers for most of the parks powered & unpowered sites) found Wye River disgraceful. We will never go back here, there are too many great parks to settle for rubbish like this. The sites at the back end of the park were no cheaper, 2 feet between vans, muddy gravel road,power kept going off,..If this is your only option, seriously reconsider, as it will be a huge disappointment & you will still be expected to pay top dollar. Local store was Fabulous, staff were very pleasant, back of park sites were not what is advertised & should be improved greatly to be fair to those who read about & pay for something much better.
